All fittings, Inner and Outer tanks, and lid are 304 Stainless Steel - Cosmetic Grade and meets Organic Certification requirements.

We use a NEMA 6-20P for our 220 volt setups. International customers will need to find an adaptor locally.

* NOTE: In place of water you may use Propylene Glycol (PPG) or Mineral Oil in the jacket.

Makes it easier and more efficient to reach temperatures above 170 degrees

Evaporation is less of an issue. Takes a little longer to heat but has better heat retention.

Less maintenance as well as makes your heating element last longer.

If using PPG use a food grade with inhibitor.

Our Stainless Steel Jacketed Tanks are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, acts of God, abuse, misuse, use other what it was originally intended.

The tank warranty is valid to the original purchaser only (non-transferable). The customer must return the defective product to our authorized warranty center. We will repair it or if we can't, we will replace it. Shipping is the customer's responsibility (both directions). Contact [email protected] for warranty information or to authorize a warranty return. No other warranties expressed or implied are valid.

**Warranty - Thermostats, Cords and Ball Valves are warranted for 180 days from the date of delivery.

**Warranty - Elements, no warranty. All elements are tested before shipping. Make sure your outer water jacket is full before plugging in.

Your materials will heat faster and stay heated longer.

Your Tank Jacket is constructed using heat resistant foam core and heavy foil lining (inside and out).
High R-value, reflective and efficient material, which will conserve heat and energy.
Jacket kits are pre-cut to fit your tank. In minutes you can have your jacket fitted, taped and ready to go.
The kit includes plenty of heavy-duty, foil tape and instructions.
Water, oils, and heat will not affect its insulation value.

Made of ¼” (7mm), High R, Foam Core, Double Sided, Foil Faced, insulation.

Foil tape included.

These Insulation Jackets are Not intended for use with our Lye Tanks.
